Case studies: Vossenjacht!

This toy, developed for a French company, is a very good example of our mechanical abilities. Alex Hort, our mechanism expert, came up with a complete approach from start to finish. We provided a fully working model which was then detailed for mass production by a Chinese manufacturer. 

The video explains the action very well. We used CNC milling, injection moulding and painting to create the final design. There were numerous sprung loaded parts and a motor drive mechanism to develop.
