Tooling and Injection Moulding

We have two injection moulding machines with a capacity of up to 60 grams. Many projects benefit from our ability to make short runs of mouldings. This allows us to test both materials and colours. Our clients can then engage in their own testing and market trials.

   

We make our moulds out of either brass or aluminium.

Once the design is finalised we hand over data to our clients for mass production. Where the volumes are small and within the size capacity of our machines we provide a production service which is ideal for short runs. This is a growing part of our business.

These prototype Car Air Fresheners are dual shot moulded - EVA moulded over Polypropylene.
